And check this out! Terri shared that she RUNS 30 min on a treadmill burning approx 300 cal. Tonya BUSTS her butt on a stationary bike and only burns 200 cal. Yesterday’s classes rowed 26 minutes and burned approx 900-1200.
I just love a sport that I can sit on my butt, have a ton of fun and burn mega calories!!
