Getting significant results takes time, patience, discipline, and consistent motivation so I’ve included a “grocery list” that you can start using today.

Most of your food should come from the right column – alkali forming. These foods are more alkaline and will stimulate your metabolic rate and speed up the fat burning process. Enjoy!
