Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for all of the fantastic family and friends that we are blessed with. It’s also a great time for us here at the studio to thank our clients and let you know that you are an inspiration to all of us! I am grateful for the support and trust you have shown me and for the opportunity to serve you. I promise to make 2011 a year where together we reach new heights of personal success.
Here’s a quick Thanksgiving Fat Blaster’ checklist that I think you’ll find to be pretty handy today. How does it work? It’s pretty simple- the more checks you have the healthier your day will be!!
Officially schedule exercise into your calendar – Exercise that works your entire body will have the greatest fat-burning, muscle-building, and metabolism-boosting impact. Classic total body exercise examples include squat to presses, swings, and explosive Olympic lifting variations like cleans, snatches, jerks, and traditional cardiovascular locomotive and plyometrics exercise like running, leaping, hopping, skipping, bounding, jumping, shuffling, also fit under this category.
Incorporate short intervals today – Short intervals are proven to better activate adrenaline which mobilizes stubborn fat in the belly, hips, and thighs. The higher the intensity, the greater the adrenaline release so perform max effort bouts of 30-60 seconds to really crank up the fat-burning.
Minimize your starches & eliminate sugar today – Sugar is the enemy of fat loss, and ALL starches break down into sugar. Most people are sedentary on the Holidays so get up and move today! Limit your intake of calorie laden beverages. Eggnog, champagne, mochas, and hot chocolate all have one thing in common: they are packed with empty calories! Avoid these beverages and load up on water instead.
Focus on family not food – Let’s face it; this time of year is big on two things: family and food. Make an effort to place your focus primarily on your family.
