    Yep! Ran two miles and walked a half mile. I may do another workout tonight! Happy Friday!

    Yes! I rowed today! I also worked out Wednesday: cardio for 10 and then push-ups,
    planks, air squats, and sit-up with medicine balls. Thursday: cardio for 10 and then the “Dirty 30” ab routine. I have been sore all week! I took Friday off.

    My Friday workout, when you posed this question, was my Just Dance 2 game for the Wii, earned my 1000 sweat points for the day, then I rowed and danced again yesterday!

      Hey Rose, I’ve been posting my meters rowed and workout of the day on my FB profile. When you get a minute, check it out. Also, try doing your Crossfit workouts that you and Jaci did in college. If you don’t have them, email me and I’ll be happy to send them to you!
