Are you ready for the Level 1 Test yet?

Once an athlete has completed the “Baseline” Test with a qualifying time, they may attempt the Level 1 Test. The Level 1 Test consists of 11 parts. Each athlete must attempt 10 and pass 7 parts to pass their Level 1 test and receive a white band.

1. Deadlift – 1.5x bodyweight

2. Push-up – 40 (on knees/full ROM)

3. Air Squat x 80 – 2:00 (MUST touch med ball)

4. Sit-up x 65 – 2:00

5. Strict Pull-up – 1

6. Handstand Hold – 60 sec

7. Burpee x 20 – 1:20 (full ROM)

8. Box Jump x 20 – 1:00

9. Thruster x 15 – 55lbs/1:00

10. Jump Rope – 100 Singles (3 attempts)

11. Row 500m – 2:10

We will start testing out portions of this over the next few weeks so that you can work on weaknesses and strengths 🙂
