What a great class this morning! The objective was to see if my clients have been absorbing everything that I’ve been teaching them and the proof is in the pudding 🙂
The goal was to break into teams and teach your teammates functional movements using a variety of tools. Med balls, dumbbells, exercise balls, kettelbells and a BOSU.
A class filled with laughter and a ton of sweat!
