So you want to drop a pant size before the end of the month? Then everyone needs to log your food for two days and bring it in to class next week. We’re taking the first 15 minutes of class to discuss nutrition and help you achieve your goals!

And if you do not bring in your food log then you can just do burpees for that 15 minutes 🙂
