Can you believe it’s February 5th already? And since Punxsutawney Phil, the weather prognosticating groundhog, did not see his shadow, according to legend, that means that Spring is less than 6 weeks! YAHOO!!!
And ya know what that means? That means warm enough weather to get back outside for our outdoor CrossFit classes here in beautiful Medina, Ohio! It’s almost tire flippin’ time Ladies so let’s get fired up!
And with our outdoor classes comes some tug of war games!
And yes, some outdoor running so it’s the perfect time to start prepping for the Warrior Dash, Color Run and our newest race in Columbus on September 14th, the Pretty Muddy 5K!
Which btw we have decided that for all of our upcoming races our team name will be WTF – Where’s The Finish!
So Ladies we have a ton of work to do over the next few months & our focus is on intense ROWING & SAFE & HEAVY LIFTING!

And Patti was right with her squatting 185 pounds!
And then Brittney & Angie ROCKED out this KILLER circuit SMASHING everyone’s time completing 100 Thrusters, 90 Pushups, 80 T2B, 70 KB Swings, 60 SDHP, 50 Wall Balls in 22:47!!!
A special birthday celebration for Michele & Beth with 105 BURPEES in tonight’s CrossFit class with Sue & Momma Michele tying it up and determining the WINNER with a PLANK OFF! Sue walked away with this beautiful pair of VS panties and a total fat loss of 4% in 6 weeks time equivalent to 7 pounds of fat weight gone FOREVER!!!
And honorable mention goes out to Brenda in tonight’s class. I am so IMPRESSED by you Brenda! Way to hang in there! You have come so far in such a short time!
And a special WELCOME goes out to Leslie who has come back to join us after an 8 year hiatus. We are so EXCITED to have you back in our Fitness Family Leslie!
